1. Adjust the 180 day calendar to allow 10 day for phase 1
2. Cancel the requirement for fully in-person learning plans
3. Issue a requirement there has to be an Environmental health and safety assessment of every building.
4. Tie reopening buildings to COVID – 19 benchmarks.
